At the end of this session students will be able to -
Windows XP
- Describe the components of their computer
- Start up Windows XP
- Open, Close and manipulate windows on screen
- Run and exit a progam
- Shut down a computer
Internet Explorer
- Launch Internet Explorer Browser
- Understand web addresses
- Use links and addresses to navigate to a web page
- Search for information using a Search Engine
- Navigate through a series of web pages using Back, Forward, Home, Refresh, Stop buttons
- Save and retrieve a Favourite wepage
- Close Internet Explorer
