Managers as Leaders - 21 June 2010

Managers As Leaders is a unique opportunity for you to develop the way you think as a leader.

Delivered by John Coxon, an experienced manager, consultant and management coach working with managers in the health and non-profit sectors, this workshop will challenge your assumptions about leadership and help you to develop your own leadership philosophy and frameworks.

IN this one-day workshop those participating engage in a number of group discussions around leadership. To aid this process John will introduce a number of contemporary leadership models from leading universities and consultancies.

This is a highly participatory workshop where people are expected to engage in a variety of group discussions and where most of the learning takes place in those discussions.
