Michael Ried - National Training Manager

Michael comes to Infoxchange Australia as National Training Manager with a background in training, consulting and management in the private enterprise and not-for-profit sectors. He has enhanced his original experience in his own professional consultancies with formal qualifications in Business Management, Counselling and Training. He is has been involved in professional development training for over ten years and also established a successful motivational program for long term unemployed.



Kim - Training Officer

Kim comes to Infoxchange with over seven years experience instructing in computer software in the TAFE sector. She holds a Bachelor of Education (Melbourne)and Certificate IV Assessment and Workplace Training, while currently studying to attain Certificate IV Training And Assessment. Kim is responsible for arranging sessions and registrations and computer training.


Chris - Trainer Officer

Chris holds a Multimedia Science Computing degree from Westminster University in London. He has knowledge and skills in many office, design and media software applications gained from ten years of practical experience and usage in industry and through delivering training. He is currently completing his Certificate IV Training And Assessment.


Penry Green - Sessional Trainer

After graduating as a Primary/Junior Secondary Teacher, Penry taught at St Annes and Gippsland Grammar School and then at Carey Baptist Grammar for 10 years. He then managed a Tennis and Squash centre in Doncaster for 3 years, trained as a Computer Programmer, and eventually became an Analyst/Programmer at Nissan Motor Company.
While at Nissan he become involved in training the staff to use PCs, and when Nissan closed their manufacturing plant in Clayton, he became involved with training at Outer Eastern TAFE. In recent years, Penry has worked as a sessional trainer with Infoxchange, Community organisations, and TAFE, specialising in Database development,
helping many small businesses develop databases to suit their requirements so that they can continue to develop their own creations.
